| We realized early on, that a great morning or breakfast coffee would be very important to customers. Coffee is often the first thing we go for in the morning, so we wanted to create a blend that would wake up your sleepy taste buds, but yet be gentle enought to keep you wanting more. The problem we found with most breakfast coffees is that there is so much acidity and brightness, you can only drink one cup before searching for something else. In creating this blend, we searched high and low for the perfect combination of East African coffees in order to accomplish our goal. When it was all said and done, we went back to the drawing table and only used two varietals. this provides this blend with a subtly sweet aroma, and over all flavor, but with just the right amount of brightness to awaken your senses, and get you going for the day. Because this coffee has a silky, sweet finish, we have found it quite impossible to drink one cup of this blend. We hope this coffee helps kick start a great day for you as well. |
